What we look at during a visit

Rodents can squeeze through any opening large enough for their heads - their collapsible rib cages let them compress their bodies to fit. We check the places they most commonly use to get in.

1 2 3 4 5 6
  1. 1

    Roofline and eaves

Gaps in soffits, damaged vents, loose flashing and openings where utility lines enter. Roof rats commonly enter here.

One of the most common rodent entry points in LA homes
  2. 2

    Attic

Droppings, nesting material, soiled insulation and signs of chewing on wiring or wood.

Checked for active infestation and contamination
  3. 3

    Kitchen and utility areas

Gaps around plumbing under sinks, spaces behind appliances and openings where pipes come through walls.

Common indoor entry and travel routes for rodents
  4. 4

    Crawl space and foundation

Unsealed vents, cracks in the foundation, gaps where pipes or conduit enter, and signs of rodents traveling underneath.

Entry points that are easy to miss from inside
  5. 5

    Garage and perimeter

Gaps under garage doors, openings around conduit and plumbing on exterior walls, and spaces where the structure meets the ground.

Perimeter gaps are often an overlooked starting point
  6. 6

    Entry points and exterior walls

Holes around electrical, cable or gas lines, weep holes in brick, and any crack wide enough to pass a finger through.

Rodents need only a gap as wide as their skull to enter

Before you call

What people usually ask us first.

All questions
Do you offer free estimates?

Call us to discuss your situation and we can talk through pricing. We'll ask about the property and what you've noticed so we can give you an accurate quote.

How long does it take to get rid of rodents?

It depends on the extent of the infestation and how many entry points need to be sealed. Call us and we can give you a clearer picture once we know more about your property.

Do you treat termites, bed bugs, fleas or mosquitoes?

No. We focus on general pest control, rodent exclusion and sealing. We do not offer termite treatment, termite inspections, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, flea and tick treatment, or spider control.

Why is exclusion important, not just trapping?

Trapping removes the rodents already inside, but without sealing the entry points, new ones can come in. Rodents can compress their bodies to fit through any opening large enough for their skull, so even small gaps in a wall, roofline or foundation are enough. Sealing those openings is what stops the problem from recurring.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Culver City, Rolling Hills, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Tarzana, Hollywood, Westlake Village, Pasadena, Santa Monica and surrounding parts of the Los Angeles area.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays.

Do you offer commercial pest control?

Yes. We work with commercial properties including retail, food service, office buildings and multi-unit residential, including landlord compliance and ongoing retainer plans.
